Stage 1 · Three-month experience

My Tribe

A three-month transformational group experience

For founders and leaders who have already answered the question “How do I make money?” and are now facing a different question: “What is it all for?”

“The business is working. The way I have to live to keep it working is not. And I’m no longer sure what I’m doing it all for.”

Over three months, clarify one real challenge, test new behaviour and build evidence for your next decisions.

Led by Jane Klymenko · Co-partner to be confirmed.

Stage 1 is the first three-month My Tribe experience.

What people do not say out loud

The results are there. The joy is not.

You know how to build. From the outside, everything still looks convincing.

Inside, the cost is becoming harder to ignore. You are tired of carrying every answer, and you are no longer sure the path you are following is still yours.

You have already tried to think your way through it. More information has not made the next decision clearer.

The real question

“How do I connect what I now understand with what I am building?”

The answer is different for everyone. My Tribe gives you the space, perspectives and structure to find yours and begin testing it in real life.

Who is in the room

Founders, Executives, Business owners.

People for whom money is no longer the answer, but a tool.

No headhunting. No selling to one another. No comparing funding rounds.

The main value of the group is the people in it. Entry is possible only after a conversation with me. The group begins when the right people are gathered, not simply when it can begin quickly.

What you leave with after three months

Calm + Clarity + Focus + Action + Evidence + Direction

  • A clearer understanding of your real challenge.
  • One main Transformation Case and your own criteria for success.
  • Awareness of patterns that keep the old situation in place.
  • A clearer view of moments where another choice is possible.
  • New behaviour tested through real-world experiments.
  • External evidence of movement, not only an internal sense of change.
  • Next decisions grounded in experience rather than anxiety, pressure or habit.
  • A more credible next direction.

This is not a promise to completely change your life or business in three months.

Transformation experience

What people say after living the work

These reflections come from individual coaching work with Jane. They are not testimonials from My Tribe participants.

“I came to Jane during a period of complete overload: too many decisions, too little clarity, and a growing sense that I was leading without feeling fully anchored.

Over the course of three months, Jane helped me rebuild that inner architecture: calm, focus, and clarity of intent.

If you’re an executive or founder navigating complexity, burnout, or transition, Jane won’t tell you what to do. She’ll help you hear yourself again, and make decisions from a place of strength rather than survival.”

“When we started working together, I was mostly focused on surviving. I had just come out of burnout, struggled with constant emotional ups and downs, and felt disconnected from myself. Even when things were objectively going well, it was hard to actually enjoy them.

Looking back a year later, the biggest change isn’t a promotion, a salary increase, or a new business project, although all of those happened. The biggest change is that I genuinely enjoy my life again.

This year gave me much more than clarity. It gave me a foundation that I know I’ll keep building on.”

“If you’re feeling stuck or asking yourself, ‘What’s next for me?’, I honestly can’t recommend Jane enough.

She’s professional, grounded, and creates a safe space to explore what truly matters, while guiding you without ever pushing you in a direction that doesn’t feel like your own.

Our sessions were honest conversations, gentle guidance, and small steps that actually made sense for me.”

Three months. One meaningful transition.

Current programme outline · elements are being tested

Month 1: Calm, clarity and focus

Create space from the internal noise. Identify the real challenge, choose one Transformation Case, define success criteria and describe the movement you want.

Month 2: Patterns, choice and new behaviour

Recognise old behavioural loops. Find moments of choice, develop alternative responses and begin practical experiments. Reflect with the group and your Buddy.

Month 3: Experiments, evidence and next direction

Test new behaviour in real life, collect external evidence and refine decisions. Use feedback from the group and your continuing Buddy to choose a realistic next direction.

How the experience works

Facilitated group work, one private executive session with Jane and regular Buddy conversations support the same real-life case.

Between sessions, you try different responses in your actual work and life. Reflection connects what happened with what you choose to do next.

Why the group

Leadership can leave you surrounded by people and still alone with your real questions.

The group brings perspectives from people carrying comparable responsibility. It offers honest reflection, shared learning and a place where you do not have to perform certainty.

Participants are selected for readiness, reciprocity and willingness to experiment. Confidentiality is a condition of participation.

Why the Buddy

The same Buddy stays with you for all three months, building continuity and trust.

  • Meet for 30 minutes every week.
  • Notice commitments, experiments and evidence.
  • Record important observations between group sessions.
  • At the end, offer evidence-based feedback on the movement you witnessed.

A Buddy is not your therapist, coach, consultant or problem-solver.

Current format

  • Duration: three months / 12 weeks.
  • Group rhythm: one two-hour facilitated group session every week.
  • Individual work: one private executive session with Jane.
  • Buddy: the same Buddy for all three months.
  • Buddy rhythm: 30 minutes every week.
  • Between sessions: experiments, reflection and evidence collection.
  • Delivery: online.
  • Entry: application and fit conversation.
  • Selection: comparable responsibility, readiness for change, reciprocity and willingness to experiment.
  • Group size, language and dates: To be validated.

Who it is not for

This is not a ready-made formula for earning more in three months. It is not a networking club or a place to sell to others.

It asks for honest reflection and practical participation. If you only want advice without examining your own part in the situation, this will not be the right format.

Entry begins with a conversation

Tell me who you are, what you are building and what you have already discovered on your own. I will honestly tell you whether the group is right for you and whether you are right for the group.
