Business came before coaching

Jane Klymenko

I am a two-time founder and former CEO of ITech and CVSpot.

My professional journey has taken me through the roles of Project Manager, Programme Manager, Agile Coach, Organisational Coach and Head of Transformation.

For more than 17 years, I have worked at the intersection of business, technology, leadership and organisational change, with startups, scaling companies and international organisations.

MBA. ICF. ICP. 30+ international certifications.

What I saw from inside leadership

The ability to achieve results does not automatically create clarity. Growth can bring more responsibility without creating more freedom.

A capable leader can build a successful company while gradually becoming trapped inside its operations. Success can continue while the body, relationships and sense of meaning quietly pay the price.

The deeper question becomes: How do I continue growing without losing myself in the process?

Why my work changed

My path gradually moved from managing projects and organisational systems toward working with the people who create and sustain those systems.

A new process does not help if leaders continue making decisions in the same way. A new strategy does not create movement if the person responsible for it is exhausted or unable to release control.

This is why my work now connects business reality, behavioural change and deeper personal work.

HBM Framework

Habit → Behavior → Mindset

The habits you repeat, the way you behave in real situations and the mindset through which you understand yourself and what is possible.

  • Awareness and authenticity
  • Resource and stability
  • Mindset development and fulfilment

What I believe

  • Clarity is knowing which question matters now.
  • Rest is part of the capacity required to lead.
  • A sustainable pace supports both ambition and life.
  • The aim is to fill life with what genuinely matters.

International experience

I have worked with people and teams across the United States, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Germany, France, Poland, Turkey, Vietnam, India, Thailand and Indonesia.

Meaningful change has to work for the people, culture and reality in which it will live.
