About Me
I have built and led businesses myself, and I have worked inside organisations where meaningful change had to happen across people, teams, processes and leadership systems.
I am a two-time founder and former CEO, with 17+ years of experience in IT, business, leadership and organisational transformation. Today, I work with entrepreneurs, executives and leadership teams as an executive and existential coach and transformation partner.
